How do I book an interpreter?

For phone or video interpreting (OPI/VRI), call us at (916) 318-5507, email [email protected], or use our contact page. Let us know the language pair, the setting, whether it’s phone or video, and the date and time.

Request an interpreter

Can you do same-day or on-demand interpreting?

Yes, for phone (OPI) and video (VRI) interpreting. We just ask for at least 2 hours’ notice.

Which Hmong dialects do you cover?

Green (Mong Leng), White (Hmong Der), and mixed dialects, including Hmong as spoken in Vietnam.

How is translation priced?

Translation is priced per source word, with discounted rates that depend on the total word count. Get in touch and we’ll send you a quote.

Who do you work with?

Agencies, schools, and hospitals.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Everything you share with us stays confidential, and we strictly follow HIPAA.

Do you offer in-person interpreting?

Yes, though in-person work is limited to Central California.
