JP Creative Hub LLC (“we,” “us”) provides English–Hmong interpreting and translation services. We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect through jpcreativehub.com and how we use it.
When you send a request or message through our website, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, organization, the service you need, preferred dates, and any details you include. We don’t ask for medical or other sensitive personal information through the website form, so please don’t include it there.
Only to respond to your inquiry, schedule interpreting or translation work, send quotes and invoices, and keep basic business records.
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run our website and handle requests, such as our form provider (Web3Forms), web host (Cloudflare), and email provider, and only as much as they need, or when the law requires it.
We use password-protected devices and accounts, trusted and secure service providers, and keep information only as long as we need it. All interpreting and translation work is kept confidential. For healthcare clients, we follow HIPAA and sign business associate agreements (BAAs) as needed. We may use Google Workspace under a BAA in the future for HIPAA-compliant handling of medical client information.
You can ask us at any time to review, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us.
Our website doesn’t track you across other sites and doesn’t respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
